Taking an iris photo is very easy.
You can use a camera or a cellular phone's camera.
Have someone else hold the camera or use a tripod and timer.
Set the setting for the camera to the macro setting and the auto-focus.
Set the photo's size for a higher resolution, with a minimum of 2.5M (2208 x 1248). 4.5M (2784 x 1568) is best.
Hold the upper and lower eyelids open to make the entire iris visible.
Take more than one photo of each iris at a time. Keep the eye close to the camera.
Also, turn on Flash when using Indoor Daylight.
Watch for the glare! Stand sideways from any window (facing the window will cause glare)
Set camera on Macro Setting; you can be 4-5 inches from the lens.
If using a cellular phone:
If available, use the macro and zoom in for a nice focus.
Also, it is best to use a flashlight for lighting on a side angle that does not shine directly into the eye.
Take several of each eye (right and left)
Remote Sclerology Reading
If you would like Sclerology reading but don't want to do it in person, live out of town, out of state, or out of the country, I can provide a reading for you remotely.
I can either provide you with a written report or a zoom live reading. It's up to you. Just let me know.
I will send you my waiver that I need you to sign through Adobe Sign to your e-mail. Please sign it and send it back to me.
I will need the following photos from you:
Left Iris /Right Iris
Right Nasal Sclera/Left Nasal Sclera
Right Temporal Sclera/Left Temporal Sclera
Right Upper Quadrant/Left Upper Quadrant
For the Nasal Sclera photos, please look towards your ears to take the photos.
For the Temporal Sclera (white part of the eye) photos, please look towards your nose to take the photos.
For the Upper Quadrant photos, please look down and pull up your eyelids.
For the Lower Quadrant photos, please look up and pull down your eyelids.
For an example of how to take pictures with your cell phone without another person, watch this video: https://youtu.be/eQhH8jCCW-g
Try to take the pictures as close as you can take them and be sure they are not blurry or indistinctive to work with.
If you want a zoom reading, we will spend about an hour on zoom going over your irides and sclera photos and talking about health.
If you want a report, I will create a 5-7 page report for you that includes your iris constitutional type, iris subtype, pupil tonus, sclera markings, iridology signs, genetic markers, dietary and lifestyle recommendations.

Iridology is a non-invasive method of analysis that enables you to gain insight into specific aspects of health. History dating back to the ancient Babylonians confirms that this method was used to determine health problems.
Modern history has seen advances in both understanding and technique to the point where many practitioners employ it in both alternate and mainstream medicine as a system of health assessment.
An iris evaluation will enable you to identify specific constitutional aspects of yourself relative to genetic factors. This makes it possible to determine health and lifestyle considerations that could possibly increase the quality of life. In addition to this, it is possible to determine organ weakness, spinal misalignment, and to some extent, psychological attributes.
It is not meant to replace conventional diagnoses but should be seen in the context of providing information that might identify specific predispositions. You should always consult your Doctor or other Health Care Professional if you have any concerns.
